Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Harmony Media handles personal information when you browse our website, make a purchase, contact customer care, or otherwise interact with our services. It describes what we collect, why we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the privacy choices that may be available to you.
Categories of information we collect
We may collect identifiers and contact information such as name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address; purchase and fulfillment information such as products ordered, transaction status, and carrier events; communications that you send to us; and internet or device information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral information, approximate location inferred from IP address, and interaction timestamps.
Payment-card information is processed by checkout and payment providers. We receive the information reasonably needed to confirm, fulfill, service, or refund an order, but we do not intentionally keep complete card numbers or security codes in our own systems.
Purposes for using information
We use information to provide the website, process transactions, send order and delivery communications, answer support requests, maintain security, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, improve store performance, meet tax and legal obligations, and—where allowed—measure marketing and advertising.
Legal grounds where applicable
Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service improvement when those interests are not overridden by your rights, or rely on consent when consent is required. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it, although that does not affect earlier processing.
Cookies, Google Ads, and analytics
Our site and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, and similar technologies. These tools help operate the store, remember preferences, keep the site secure, understand traffic and site performance, and measure advertising. You can generally control cookies through browser or device settings; disabling them may affect features of the site.
When Google Ads, Google Analytics, conversion measurement, remarketing, or similar advertising tools are active, Google or another provider may receive browser, device, cookie, and event information through its technology. We use such tools for measurement, attribution, audience management, and advertising only as permitted by law and provider rules. Providers maintain their own privacy notices and user controls, including controls for personalized advertising.
Disclosures and service providers
We may disclose information to providers that support ecommerce hosting, payments, communications, fraud prevention, fulfillment, delivery, customer service, analytics, and advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce or protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the advertising and analytics configuration, certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order administration, support, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
